Community & Influence Series™
Black Women Who Mentor™ Pathway
8 Modules | 8 Learning Hours | Certificate Awarded | 180-Day Access
Leadership grows through relationships.
Leadership does not develop in isolation. It grows through the relationships that shape trust, belonging, access, accountability, learning, opportunity, and influence. The Community & Influence Series™ is an eight-module leadership development experience that helps learners strengthen the relational practices required to mentor, sponsor, communicate, collaborate, and use influence in ways that create meaningful opportunity for others.
Through reflection, practical application, and intentional action, learners examine how they show up in relationships, how their credibility is experienced, how they develop and advocate for others, and how their presence can strengthen teams, professional communities, institutions, and the spaces they are positioned to serve.
Grounded in the CODE™ Standard and Guided by the Purple Emergence Methodology™
Every Leadership Pathway™ within the Center for Leadership Excellence is grounded in the CODE™ Standard—Competence, Oversight, Documentation, and Execution—and guided by the Purple Emergence Methodology™, which moves learners through reflection, discovery, practice, and transformation. Together, these frameworks help learners translate relational leadership knowledge into purposeful, accountable, and sustainable action.
