Leadership is shaped by how well we understand ourselves, recognize the experiences of others, and respond across differences with awareness and intention. The Cultural Intelligence Series™ is an eight-module leadership development experience designed to strengthen the awareness, curiosity, empathy, humility, communication, and judgment required to lead effectively across diverse people, perspectives, and environments.
Through reflection and practical application, learners examine how culture and experience influence leadership, challenge assumptions, strengthen perspective-taking, communicate across differences, and apply cultural intelligence in everyday leadership practice.

Every Leadership Pathway™ within the Center for Leadership Excellence is grounded in the CODE Framework™—Competence, Oversight, Documentation, and Execution—and guided by the Purple Emergence Methodology™, which emphasizes self-discovery, intentional growth, authentic leadership, and lasting impact. Together, these frameworks help learners transform leadership knowledge into purposeful action.

Throughout this pathway, learners strengthen the four dimensions of the CODE Framework™—Competence, Oversight, Documentation, and Execution—while progressing through the Purple Emergence Methodology™, developing leaders who lead with authenticity, reflection, purpose, and intentional action.
