Legacy by Design Pathway™
8 Modules | 8 Contact Hours | Certificate Awarded | 180-Day Access

Generational wealth is more than what you accumulate. It is what you intentionally build, protect, steward, share, and prepare others to carry forward. The Generational Wealth & Stewardship Series™ is an eight-module leadership development experience that expands the meaning of wealth beyond financial resources to include knowledge, opportunity, relationships, ownership, values, and community impact.

Through practical reflection and applied learning, you will examine how today’s decisions can support personal stability, family advancement, stronger communities, and an enduring legacy. The series centers responsible stewardship, intentional transfer, and the question that anchors the Legacy by Design™ Pathway: What am I building that will outlast me?

Every Leadership Pathway™ within the Center for Leadership Excellence is grounded in the CODE Framework™—Competence, Oversight, Documentation, and Execution—and guided by the Purple Emergence Methodology™, which emphasizes self-discovery, intentional growth, authentic leadership, and lasting impact. Together, these frameworks help learners transform leadership knowledge into purposeful action.

  • Redefine generational wealth as a multidimensional legacy of resources, knowledge, opportunity, relationships, values, and impact.
  • Strengthen the leadership principles that support financial stability, responsible resource management, and long-term capacity.
  • Understand how ownership, assets, knowledge, networks, and opportunity can create enduring value across generations.
  • Develop greater clarity around the values, responsibilities, communication, and preparation that support responsible transfer.
  • Recognize continuity and succession risks and the importance of intentional documentation and professional planning.
  • Connect personal and family stewardship with broader community wealth, opportunity creation, and collective impact.
  • Create an integrated stewardship vision for what you want to build, preserve, transfer, and strengthen over time.
