Leadership is not defined by position. It is shaped by identity, strengthened through purpose, and demonstrated through intentional action. The Identity, Purpose & Voice Series™ is an eight-module leadership development experience that helps learners build authentic leadership from the inside out through self-discovery, intentional growth, and practical application.
Through guided reflection and applied learning, you will examine who you are, what you value, how you communicate, what gives your leadership direction, and how to lead with greater confidence, authenticity, and intention.

Every Leadership Pathway™ within the Center for Leadership Excellence is grounded in the CODE Framework™—Competence, Oversight, Documentation, and Execution—and guided by the Purple Emergence Methodology™, which emphasizes self-discovery, intentional growth, authentic leadership, and lasting impact. Together, these frameworks help learners transform leadership knowledge into purposeful action.
