Emerging Leaders Pathway™
8 Modules | 8 Learning Hours | Certificate Awarded | 180-Day Access
Leadership Begins with Believing in Your Potential
Leadership does not begin with having all the answers. It begins with recognizing your strengths, trusting your ability to grow, and learning how to make thoughtful choices. The Empowered H.E.R.™ Series is an eight-module leadership development experience designed to help young women build confidence, strengthen their voice, navigate relationships and challenges, think critically, and begin leading with purpose in school, community, and everyday life.
Grounded in the CODE Framework™ and Guided by the Purple Emergence Methodology™
Every Leadership Pathway™ within the Center for Leadership Excellence is grounded in the CODE Framework™—Competence, Oversight, Documentation, and Execution—and guided by the Purple Emergence Methodology™, which emphasizes self-discovery, intentional growth, authentic leadership, and lasting impact. Together, these frameworks help learners transform leadership knowledge into purposeful action.
