Adulthood brings possibility, responsibility, and choices that can shape what comes next. The Royals™ Series is an eight-module leadership development experience designed for young women ages 18–22 who are preparing for higher education, careers, entrepreneurship, civic leadership, and lifelong success. Through intentional reflection and practical application, learners strengthen the confidence, judgment, professional readiness, and personal agency needed to begin building a future with purpose.

Every Leadership Pathway™ within the Center for Leadership Excellence is grounded in the CODE Framework™—Competence, Oversight, Documentation, and Execution—and guided by the Purple Emergence Methodology™, which emphasizes self-discovery, intentional growth, authentic leadership, and lasting impact. Together, these frameworks help learners transform leadership knowledge into purposeful action.

Module 2: Leading Yourself First
Build greater self-awareness, personal responsibility, discipline, confidence, and decision-making skills as you navigate adulthood.

Module 3: Executive Presence & Professional Communication
Learn how to communicate with confidence and show up professionally while strengthening credibility, professionalism, and executive presence.

Module 4: Career Readiness & Opportunity Navigation
Prepare to recognize and pursue opportunities in education, employment, and your early career while positioning yourself for continued growth.

CODE™ & Purple Emergence Alignment

Throughout this pathway, learners strengthen the four dimensions of the CODE Framework™—Competence, Oversight, Documentation, and Execution—while progressing through the Purple Emergence Methodology™, developing leaders who lead with authenticity, reflection, purpose, and intentional action.
