Leadership becomes transformational when you learn to recognize and cultivate potential that others overlook. The Invisible Purple Sheep Series™ is an eight-module leadership development experience that explores invisible talent, underestimated leadership, belonging, advocacy, and institutional impact. Learners examine how assumptions and systems can shape who is seen, heard, developed, and trusted while building the leadership capacity to recognize hidden strengths, create conditions where people can thrive, and translate overlooked potential into meaningful impact.
