Leadership is shaped not only by what you know, but by how you interpret what you see. The Purple Lens Series™ is an eight-module leadership development experience that helps learners strengthen perspective, discernment, curiosity, systems thinking, and reflective decision-making. Through intentional reflection and practical application, learners develop the ability to examine assumptions, understand complexity, consider multiple perspectives, and lead with greater wisdom, empathy, courage, and purpose.

Every Leadership Pathway™ within the Center for Leadership Excellence is grounded in the CODE Framework™—Competence, Oversight, Documentation, and Execution—and guided by the Purple Emergence Methodology™, which emphasizes self-discovery, intentional growth, authentic leadership, and lasting impact. Throughout this pathway, learners strengthen the four dimensions of the CODE Framework™—Competence, Oversight, Documentation, and Execution—while progressing through the Purple Emergence Methodology™, developing leaders who lead with authenticity, reflection, purpose, and intentional action.
