Purple Sheep Talent Network Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Purple Sheep collects, uses, retains, and manages information submitted through the Purple Sheep Talent Network. It applies to individuals who explore or apply for Purple Sheep Consulting and Purple Sheep Institute opportunities through the Talent Network.
Information We Collect
When you apply, Purple Sheep may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, location, résumé or CV, professional profile link, application responses, and any additional information you choose to provide. If you later advance in the review process, Purple Sheep may also collect information reasonably needed to evaluate role qualifications, confirm readiness for a specific opportunity, or administer an engagement.
How We Use Your Information
Purple Sheep uses Talent Network information to review applications, understand role-related experience, request additional information when needed, make separate role-qualification and roster-selection decisions, maintain qualified talent rosters, identify potential alignment with future opportunities, communicate with candidates, and administer engagement-related processes. Purple Sheep may use technology to help organize, summarize, or support review of submitted information. Final decisions about role qualification, roster inclusion, outreach for a specific opportunity, and engagement selection are made by authorized people.
Application Retention and the Qualified Talent Roster
Purple Sheep may retain your application and related information for up to 24 months from the date you submit it so that you may be considered for aligned opportunities during that period. If Purple Sheep confirms that you are qualified for a role and separately selects you for roster inclusion, Purple Sheep may maintain you on a role-specific Qualified Talent Roster for up to 24 months from the date qualification is confirmed.
Roster inclusion does not create an employment or contractor relationship, guarantee work, require you to remain available, or obligate you to accept an opportunity. Purple Sheep confirms interest, availability, current qualifications when relevant, compensation, and engagement-specific terms separately for each opportunity. Declining an opportunity does not, by itself, remove you from the Qualified Talent Roster.
At the end of the applicable 24-month period, Purple Sheep may remove the record from active consideration or invite you to refresh your information and interest. Records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, contractual, security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping obligations.
Service Providers and Information Sharing
Purple Sheep may use service providers to host forms, store information, operate website and technology services, support communications, and administer Talent Network processes. These providers may process information on Purple Sheep’s behalf as necessary to provide those services. Purple Sheep does not sell Talent Network applicant information.
Your Choices
You may ask Purple Sheep to stop considering you for future Talent Network opportunities or request deletion of information that is no longer required for legitimate business, legal, regulatory, contractual, security, or recordkeeping purposes. You may also provide updated professional information if your experience or qualifications change.
Security
Purple Sheep uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect Talent Network information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and applicants should not submit confidential, proprietary, client-owned, employer-owned, or restricted materials through the application process.
