Role Overview
Leads Purple Sheep Institute learning and enterprise experiences through preparation, instruction, facilitation, participant leadership, and collaboration with the Associate Learning Architect and broader engagement team. The Learning Architect is the primary instructional lead for the assigned experience and is accountable for preparation, facilitation quality, the participant learning environment, and instructional coordination. This role goes beyond presenting content; it requires judgment, adaptation, and leadership during live delivery.
What You May Do
- Prepare for client and participant learning environments.
- Lead instruction, facilitation, and structured learning activities.
- Guide participants through discussion, application, reflection, and other learning experiences.
- Manage the learning room and adapt appropriately when conditions change.
- Coordinate instructional handoffs and responsibilities with an Associate Learning Architect.
- Deliver within the governed Purple Sheep learning model.

Where This Role May Contribute
Learning Architects may be considered for Institutional Labs™, Leadership Studios™, or both, depending on experience, demonstrated capability, and alignment.
What the Review Process May Include
Candidates who advance through the review process may be invited to complete a brief role-specific demonstration, simulation, or structured exercise. We will provide instructions and preparation expectations before that step.
Engagement Expectations
Learning Architect opportunities may include on-site, virtual, travel, and multi-day delivery. Normal Purple Sheep Institute enterprise engagements are scheduled at least 12 weeks before delivery and may be scheduled further in advance. Shorter-notice opportunities are limited to voluntary replacement or material client-driven changes affecting an already-scheduled engagement; declining a shorter-notice opportunity does not affect roster status. When Purple Sheep contacts you about a specific opportunity, we will provide the known dates, delivery mode or location, compensation, travel expectations, and response timeline before you decide whether to accept. Applying or qualifying does not guarantee an engagement.
