How It Works
1. Assess
The Workforce Capability Assessment™ identifies current learning needs, priorities, and institutional context.
2. Analyze
Institutional Insights Analysis™ identifies patterns and learning priorities that should shape the experience.
3. Design
A Custom Learning Map™ aligns the selected PSI Series with relevant scenarios, objectives, and facilitation.
4. Apply
Participants engage in facilitated applied learning, realistic scenarios, discussion, and guided problem-solving.
5. Continue
The Learning Continuation Guide™ identifies opportunities for continued workforce development after the Lab.
Institutional Labs™ develop workforce capability through education. They do not provide organizational implementation services. When implementation support is needed, that work is separate from the Institute’s educational engagement.
