Roster Terms: Qualification or roster inclusion does not create an employment or contractor relationship, guarantee work, require ongoing availability, or obligate acceptance of an opportunity. Qualified professionals selected for a role-specific Purple Sheep Qualified Talent Roster may remain eligible for consideration for up to 24 months from qualification. Purple Sheep Institute enterprise engagements are normally scheduled at least 12 weeks in advance; shorter-notice opportunities are voluntary and declining one does not affect roster status. Interest, availability, scope, compensation, dates, and other engagement-specific terms are confirmed separately for each opportunity. Individuals may request removal from future consideration whenever they choose.
