Rising H.E.R.™ is the signature youth leadership program of the Emerging Leaders Pathway™ at the Purple Sheep Institute, delivered through the We Are H.E.R.™ initiative.
Designed for girls and young women, Rising H.E.R.™ develops confident, purpose-driven leaders through age-appropriate learning experiences that strengthen identity, leadership, resilience, communication, service, and personal growth.
Grounded in the CODE Framework™ and guided by the Purple Emergence Methodology™, participants build the confidence, character, and leadership capabilities needed to thrive in higher education, careers, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and their communities.

The Rising H.E.R.™ experience is intentionally designed as a progressive leadership journey that supports girls and young women through key stages of personal and professional development. As participants grow, they strengthen the confidence, character, and leadership capabilities needed to successfully navigate new opportunities while remaining grounded in purpose, service, and integrity.
Through age-appropriate learning experiences, participants are encouraged to discover their strengths, develop practical leadership skills, and prepare for futures defined by confidence, contribution, and lifelong impact.
