Leadership creates its greatest impact when it changes people, systems, and culture. The Purple Sheep Effect Series™ is an eight-module leadership development experience that helps learners understand how authentic leadership creates ripple effects that extend beyond individual success. Through reflection, practical application, and intentional action, learners examine how values-driven leadership, courageous decision-making, influence, mentorship, culture, and institutional stewardship can strengthen teams, organizations, and communities.
