What You’ll Learn
The Entrepreneurial Leadership Series™ is designed to help leaders develop the mindset, strategic perspective, and decision-making capabilities needed to build sustainable ventures and purpose-driven organizations.
Throughout this series, participants will strengthen their entrepreneurial thinking, leadership judgment, strategic planning, innovation, and organizational decision-making while learning how to create value, navigate uncertainty, and build enterprises that align with their mission and long-term vision.

Instructional Lecture
A focused 20- to 30-minute presentation introduces the module concepts, learning objectives, practical examples, and Purple Truth™.
Applied Learning
Learners deepen their understanding through guided reflection, practical leadership activities, writing exercises, and selected activities from the Purple Harvest companion resources.
Knowledge Assessment
Each module concludes with knowledge reinforcement, personal reflection, an intentional leadership commitment, and a brief assessment.
