Instructional Lecture
A focused 20- to 30-minute presentation introduces the module concepts, learning objectives, practical examples, and Purple Truth™.
Applied Learning
Learners deepen their understanding through guided reflection, leadership exercises, and selected activities from the Purple Harvest companion resources.
Knowledge Assessment
Each module concludes with knowledge reinforcement, personal reflection, an intentional leadership commitment, and a brief assessment.
This learning experience moves beyond simply consuming leadership content. It equips learners to apply what they learn to who they are becoming, how they lead, and how they develop others.
